Agro Putra Lestari regarding production, having its address Jln.Imam Bonjol No.179 Kisaran with name leader being Mr. Anda Puta Lubis, SE, M, Ma. a company that produces fruit which still running. spread across Asahan area, including Meranti, Simondol 1, 2, 3, Lahan Camat, Sitampu Saring, Marpaung, Miri-Miri, Solo Baru, Kembar. problem often occurs amount production fluctuating so does not know estimated following month. difficulty knowing results month because improper planning to predict have applied comparison weighted moving average double exponential smoothing methods predicting Lestari. data used from June 2021 May 2022. forecasting two are compared find out smallest error value, where be as reference for future production.
